Therapist Ray Daniel - Remedial Clinic

We are honoured to have Ray Daniel working alongside us at Sophia's. Ray has worked from Sophia's for over 7 years and has become an integral part of the Sophia team.

Ray offers pain relief where others have failed. Ray can help treat conditions such as back pain, sciatica, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and Multiple sclerosis. Ray is fully qualified and is happy to offer free consultations to his clients. Using remedial massage and electromagnetic stimulation he has a proven track record and has fantastic results. Ray is at Sophia's on Tuesdays and appointments can be made by giving us a call. Don't suffer come along and see if Ray can help. After all life is for living.

Advice from the Sophia Hair Design Team

Has the sea, sun and chlorine made your golden locks more like shredded wheat? Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice into your shampoo. It gives natural, gorgeous highlights and keeps hair healthy.

Once or twice a month, condition your hair with mayonnaise! It sounds gross, but surprisingly, it's the best way to deep condition your hair.

Melanie, Amanda and Elaine are all full qualified and will give you a warm welcome and most importantly listen to your Requirements.

Adios Amigos

Nicki would like to let you all know that due to a change in circumstances, will be stepping away from Sophias. Phill is going to take over and work alongside Paula. You will still see me around and promise to come back to entertain you in the classes! I would like to thank every single member of Sophias for making my time so memorable in one way or another. My other THANK YOU is to all the staff and therapists who have supported me (and put up with me). And finally, Paula, you are a great partner and a true friend, and I will miss our crazy times at Sophias.
